Yep, someone’s got a rough draft due… but never fear, Filly’s here! The best topic to research is simply one that you like! “But Filly, I only like music. How can I do something about that for my history class?” Just research the history of a certain genre silly—it’s that easy! As you research, topics might change and get refined as you learn more! The most important thing is that you enjoy what you’re learning about. Not only will it show in your work, but it’ll also make the project more fun!
Case in point, I did a research paper on Leon Trotsky once, assuming he was a horse (“trot” was in the name, okay?) After reading, I realized he was human… BORING! So, I switched to researching the Mongols, who were very good to horses by the way! We were very revered and respected, and I simply do not know where that attitude went. Frankly, I think it is time for us to come together under the great Filly Khanate… a girl can only dream…

Fall… the way the leaves crunch under my hooves, the crisp treats like apples and corn… I think it’s objectively the best season. I lay in the grass so peacefully once it cools off, and the wind blows through my mane… name a better way to relax! For me, one of the highlights is always curling up and watching a good scary movie—y’all know Halloween is a month-long affair in my stable! Not to mention that Filly loves her some pumpkin spice… go ahead and boo all you want—my trough stays full, and I’m not sharing!
Ooh, and don’t forget to visit the pumpkin patch! It is so beautiful and fun to do with friends! I may have almost gotten lost in the corn maze, but fortunately I am the smartest horse (smarter than many people in fact)! You’ll be proud to know that I learned my lesson from ThunderCon and did NOT chew on things (except boiled peanuts and ice cream), so take that to all the haters who said I’d get kicked out! Filly: 1,000,001; Y’all: 0.
